PROCEDURE : The relevant department will collect a requisition form and fill up with his problems submit to his head of department. The head of department will check and forward to civil works for estimate of the specified work. ESTIMATE : The head of department of civil works will take report from civil engineer. Civil engineer will check and calculate the detail estimate and maintain the time period to complete the job. The civil works head of department will verify it and forwarded to relevant department to get the final approval. APPROVAL : The head of department will get the approval from factory manger and send to civil works. PURCHASE : The civil engineer send the purchase request of raw material to purchase department with specification. EXECUTION : The civil engineer hire the labour rate contractor or daily wages labour in the light of job description. Civil engineer depute a supervisor at the site to monitor the progress. CLOSE OUT THE JOB : As the job complete the area will handed over to the department and get acceptance.
